By using the services of Aspire Path, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Service: Aspire Path provides Consulting and Assistance Services only. We do not provide job guarantees, employment offers, or labor contracts. Our role is limited to professional guidance, document review, and career strategy.
2. No Employment Guarantee: Under no circumstances does Aspire Path guarantee a job, a specific salary, or visa approval. These outcomes are subject to the policies of foreign governments and the discretion of independent employers.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy: All payments made to Aspire Path for any service (Consultation, Passport Assistance, Resume Writing, etc.) are strictly non-refundable in any case. Once a service is booked, resources are allocated immediately, and the fee cannot be returned.
4. Delivery Timeline: Standard service delivery ranges from 2 to 7 working days. In cases of high booking volume, delays may occur, and we will notify you accordingly.
5. Service Fees: Our fees are for consulting and guidance. Any government fees (e.g., Passport fees, Visa fees) are separate and must be paid by the client directly to the respective authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability: Aspire Path shall not be held liable for any decisions made by foreign embassies, immigration departments, or third-party employers.
