By using the services of Aspire Path, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Aspire Path is a private consultancy firm providing online consultation, documentation guidance, application assistance, and general advisory services related to overseas education, travel, and visa processes.

Aspire Path is not a government body, embassy, consulate, or recruiting agent under the Emigration Act, 1983. The firm does not guarantee employment, job placement, visa approval, or specific salary outcomes.

All visa approvals remain solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration Authority.

The candidate agrees that consultation and service fees are charged for professional time, expertise, documentation guidance, and administrative assistance.

Service fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, including but not limited to:

• Profile evaluation 
• Documentation review 
• Application preparation 
• CV formatting 
• Interview guidance 
• Portal registration assistance 
• Visa documentation assistance 

No refund shall be applicable in cases of:

• Visa rejection 
• Voluntary withdrawal by the candidate 
• Failure to provide required documents 
• Ineligibility due to background, documentation, or embassy requirements 
• Change in personal circumstances 
• Delay caused by third parties 

However, in the unlikely event of proven non-performance or failure to provide agreed consultancy services due solely to Aspire Path’s fault, refund eligibility shall be determined in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

In any event, Aspire Path’s total liability, whether arising in contract, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total professional service fees actually paid by the candidate.

Aspire Path shall not be liable for:

• Visa refusal decisions 
• Employer actions or conduct 
• Changes in immigration laws 
• Embassy administrative delays 
• Government policy changes 
• Third-party service provider errors 

Aspire Path shall not be responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters 
• Pandemic or epidemic situations 
• War or civil unrest 
• Government restrictions 
• Embassy closures 
• Administrative backlogs 
• Nationwide strikes or lockdowns 

In such cases, timelines may be extended without financial liability.

The candidate agrees to:

• Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information 
• Submit genuine and valid documents 
• Inform Aspire Path of any changes in passport or personal details 
• Comply with timelines and embassy requirements 

Aspire Path shall not be responsible for rejection or delay due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the candidate.

The candidate provides consent for collection, storage, and processing of personal data for the purpose of consultancy and documentation assistance in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi, India.
